We ask businesses to offer friendly service, transparent pricing, a clean environment, and a willingness to listen to customer feedback.

❓ What’s the deal with the WelcomeEh window sticker?

Paid Plus and Pro members receive a physical WelcomeEh window sticker — after upgrading to a full paid plan.
Trial users can enjoy the digital badge that can be used on their website for now. (We need to save some loonies and toonies, after all.)

❓ I signed up for a paid plan. How do I get my sticker?

Once you upgrade to a full Plus or Pro plan (after any trial period), we’ll ship your sticker straight to you — free of charge.
You don't need to do anything special. 🍁✉️

❓ Can I run promotions or special deals?

If you're on the Pro Plan, you can post exclusive promos and deals for Canadian travelers.
It’s a great way to get more traffic and stand out!

❓ Can I cancel my paid plan?

Of course.
You can cancel anytime from your dashboard.
You'll still keep your listing on the free plan, but you’ll lose Plus or Pro perks after your billing period ends. (No hidden fees, no drama.)

Constantly.
New businesses, fresh reviews, and new deals get added as travelers and owners submit them.
The map grows one friendly place at a time.

We’re a small group of Canadian travelers who believe friendly service deserves to be celebrated.
